CollaGuide®, a natural collagen membrane (type 1 collagen) with high resilience,designed to suit surgical procedures that need long-term barrier function.
As the barrier resorbs, fibrils that make up the membrane separate, creating a matrix that allows fibroblast infiltration and cellular attachment.
CollaGuide® is a very thin and transparent membrane, free of additional chemicals (not chemically crosslinked). These product characteristics promote healing, free of inflammation and homogeneous resorption.
